What we collect
- Name, email address, and message content from the enquiry form
- Preferred session type and optional preferred dates
- Booking and payment correspondence sent by email or phone

We do not ask for trading account passwords, tax file numbers, or government identity documents through the website form.
Why we collect it
We use personal information to answer enquiries, confirm places, issue invoices, deliver workshop materials, and meet legal record-keeping duties. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Enquiry messages without a booking are kept up to twenty-four months, then deleted or anonymised. Enrolment records and invoices are retained for seven years to meet ordinary business and tax requirements in Australia.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@edge-connect.digital. We respond within a reasonable time and no later than thirty days where practicable.
