The conditions that apply when you use this website or enrol in Edge Connect training.
Acceptance
By browsing edge-connect.digital or enrolling in a workshop, coaching block, or chart clinic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a session.
Training services
Edge Connect provides educational instruction in candlestick pattern recognition and related chart-reading practice. Sessions are instructional only. Nothing on this site or in a session constitutes personal financial product advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a promise of trading results.
Bookings and payment
Places are confirmed by email after enquiry. Deposits and balances follow the schedule described on the rates and refunds pages. Fees cover instructional time and listed materials. You remain responsible for your own market decisions.
Intellectual property
Workbooks, criteria sheets, slides, and site content belong to Edge Connect or its licensors. You may keep personal notes from sessions you attend. You may not copy, share, or resell workshop materials for commercial teaching without written permission.
Conduct
Participants agree to treat others with courtesy, avoid disruptive recording without consent, and follow reasonable studio rules at 94 Bass Street, Blue Knob, New South Wales. We may ask a participant to leave a session without refund if conduct endangers the learning environment.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Edge Connect is not liable for trading losses, opportunity costs, or decisions you make after attending training. Our liability for any claim relating to a booked session is limited to the fees you paid for that session. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot waive under the Australian Consumer Law.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep schedules, fees, and descriptions current. Occasional errors may appear; confirmed booking emails control over website copy when they differ.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in that state have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
